One property management platform instead of six separate tools
Managing property usually runs on five or six tools that never talk to each other — a separate lock app, a smart-home dashboard, a rent-management spreadsheet, a building-automation controller and a sensor app, each with its own login and monthly fee. EZYsmart ships all of it as one property management platform that is also a full smart-home system: one app runs access, heating, lighting, bookings and rent management, on a single bill. Because the pieces share one data model, one event triggers the next on its own — and because we are developers and IoT engineers, we tailor the platform to how you actually manage.

Property management and smart home in one system that works together
Smart-home system in one dashboard
Smart-home solutions that would otherwise each need their own app collapse into a single dashboard: lighting, heating, access, cameras and sensors all on one screen, controlled from your phone. A smart-home system is not a pile of devices with separate remotes but one view of the whole building — at home or remotely.
Building automation platform
Building automation ties heating, ventilation, lighting and access under one logic that reacts to sensors, not a schedule: heat rises when a room cools, lights go off in an empty room, and doors open for authorised access. The same building automation platform scales from an apartment to a whole house or multiple sites.
Rent management & bookings
Rent management, contracts, invoices and bookings run from the same system: long-term lease, short-term rental and hourly space rental share one calendar and one payment logic. A new booking issues the key, opens the message thread and schedules the tasks on its own, so management no longer means syncing spreadsheets by hand.
Weather-aware heat-pump remote control
Heat-pump remote control does more than a remote: the platform links your air-source heat pump, boiler and heating to a blended, multi-source weather forecast (see /ilm) and the electricity spot price, so heating runs on cheap hours and anticipates a cold snap rather than reacting after it. The same logic drives heat-pump remote control across several sites at once.
HOA management software
As HOA (apartment-association) software, EZYsmart pulls common-area access, shared heating and lighting, cameras and notifications into one place where the board and manager see the whole building. Shared access management, timestamped logs and remote control cut trips on-site and make cost accounting transparent.
Any hardware, any API
Brand-agnostic sensors, cameras and locks mean your existing gear keeps working — nothing to rip out. A full API and MCP support let the platform connect to almost anything, and since we build it, we can add an integration you need rather than telling you it is not supported.
Six logins and six bills, replaced by one that manages itself
Think about the usual setup: a separate smart-lock app, a smart-home dashboard, a rent-management spreadsheet, a building-automation controller, a sensor app and a heat-pump remote — six logins, none aware of each other, so you are the integration, carrying data from one to the next by hand. EZYsmart collapses that into one property management platform on a single bill. Now a new tenant or booking is a single event whose consequences fire on their own: the contract and invoice are created, a time-limited key is issued, heating and lighting switch by occupancy and weather, and the sensors arm. Ahead of a cold snap the platform sees it in the forecast and raises the heat pump on cheap spot-price hours, not once the pipes are already freezing. An HOA board sees common-area access and shared costs from the same view. You did none of it by hand, you paid one bill instead of six, and you got your time back — which is the real product.
Property management software, answered
Do I have to replace my existing locks, cameras, sensors and heat pump?
No. EZYsmart is deliberately brand-agnostic, so your existing locks, cameras, sensors, thermostats and air-source heat pump keep working — there is nothing to rip out to get started. The platform already speaks to a wide range of smart-home and building-automation hardware, and where it does not yet, a full API plus MCP support means it can be connected — and because we are the developers and IoT engineers building it, we can add the integration you need rather than telling you it is unsupported. That cuts both the up-front cost and the risk of committing to one vendor’s ecosystem. You can run EZYsmart purely as software on gear you already own, or have us supply and install matched devices as one coordinated package. The choice is yours; the point is that the software adapts to your setup instead of forcing you to rebuild around it.
Who owns my data and my tenants’ data?
The data is yours. EZYsmart is the custodian of your property, tenant and device data, not its owner: you decide what is collected and who sees it, and you can export your data at any time. Personal data — that of tenants and guests — is processed in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), collecting only what management and legal obligations (such as guest registration) require. The sensor and camera feed is access-restricted and logged, so you can see who used the data. Because we build and host the platform ourselves, we do not build a business model on reselling your data — we earn from software and hardware, not from your information. If you decide to leave, you can take both the data and the brand-agnostic hardware with you.
How is the property management software priced?
We quote per project rather than with a flat sticker price, because every property is different — a single apartment, a rental building, a multi-site portfolio and an HOA all need a different setup. The logic behind the saving is simple: a typical stack of separate tools — a lock app, a smart-home dashboard, rent-management software, a building-automation controller and a sensor subscription — adds up to considerably more than one integrated platform, and that is before the hidden cost of your time stitching them together. EZYsmart delivers the same capabilities on a single bill, typically at least 40% below the combined figure, because you are buying one system instead of several overlapping ones. You also stop paying for the seams and get one support contact instead of several. We show the number side by side with the stack you pay for today, and new customers get up to two hours of free consultation, so the first step costs you nothing but a conversation.
How does EZYsmart help an apartment association (HOA)?
For an HOA, EZYsmart pulls the whole building into one view. Access to common areas and exterior doors runs on time-boxed digital keys or codes, every entry is timestamped in the log, and keys can be granted and revoked remotely without ordering new ones. Shared heating, ventilation and stairwell lighting run under building-automation logic — warmth and light when needed, which lowers shared costs — and remote control of the heat pump or boiler house responds to the weather forecast and spot price. Cameras, water-leak and smoke sensors alert the board and manager immediately, so a problem is caught the day it starts, not at the general meeting. The board sees a transparent picture of costs and events, the manager can run several buildings from one place, and because the platform is brand-agnostic it fits existing hardware and does not tie the association to a single vendor.
