EZYsmart provides smart hardware and software for managing rental spaces, rooms, farming and off-grid energy — smart locks, climate and camera solutions, and the software platform that runs them. The website presents these solutions and lets you request a quote.

The scope, price and timeline of any specific delivery or service are agreed separately in a quote or contract. Information on the website is general and informational and does not constitute a binding offer.

You can request a quote through the contact form. Please provide accurate and current information. Submitting a quote does not oblige either party to enter into a contract — a contract is formed only once the parties have agreed the terms of the order in writing or in a form reproducible in writing.

All prices are stated in euros. Unless stated otherwise, prices are exclusive of VAT.

When using the website and our services, you agree to:

• use them only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms;
• provide truthful information and not impersonate another person;
• not disrupt the website or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
• keep any account credentials confidential and remain responsible for actions taken under them.

The website content — including text, design, logos, trademarks, software and graphics — belongs to EZYsmart or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other rights. You may not copy, distribute or use the content commercially without our prior written consent, except as permitted for personal review.

Delivered hardware carries the warranty agreed in the sales contract or quote. Consumers additionally have statutory rights, including the two-year liability period for conformity under Estonian law. Defects must be reported to us within a reasonable time after they are discovered.

The website is provided on an “as is” basis. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable damages arising from use of the website or service. This clause does not limit liability for intent, gross negligence, or harm to life, health or a consumer’s statutory rights.

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect, for what purposes, and what rights you have.

We may update these terms from time to time, for example as the service or the law changes. The version published on the website at the time applies; where material changes are made, we will give notice where feasible. The revision date is shown at the top of the page.

These terms are governed by Estonian law. We aim to resolve disputes through negotiation. Failing agreement, the dispute is settled by an Estonian court.

A consumer may also turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee at the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority (Endla 10a, Tallinn, tarbijakaitse.ee) or use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform. Before doing so, please contact us at info@ezyspace.ee.
